Upon placing an order with FrightShop.com, Inc. the customer accepts all terms and conditions as listed below.

 

ORDER AGREEMENT

Q.  What if I'm not satisfied with my purchase?

A:  If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason and would like a refund or to exchange the item, please call our Customer Service Center at 1-800-621-0038 or 1-707-642-6397 (toll call) and indicate you wish to return an item by sending it back to our warehouse.  Please review the following rules and guidelines regarding returns.

    The following items are non-returnable:

  •     Masks
  •     Wigs
  •     Hats
  •     Makeup
  •     Books
  •     Special Order, Auction, or Clearance Items
  •     Christmas/Holiday items if it's after December 20


    Costumes may only be exchanged for a different size if:

  •     The costume is in brand-new condition, and
  •     It's BEFORE October 15.

Due to the high volume of orders, no costumes may be exchanged after October 15th of the current year.


    The following items may be returned if unopened:
    (If open but defective, they may be exchanged for the same title only).

  •     Videos
  •     CDs or Cassettes

ALL OTHER ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN BRAND NEW (RE-SELLABLE) CONDITION WITHIN 30 DAYS (POSTMARKED) OF PURCHASE.  A 15% RESTOCKING FEE WILL APPLY.

SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES.


Q.  How long will it take for me to get my order?

A:  Most items ship in 24-hours from being placed.  Some items may take 2-3 days to ship.  And backordered items will be shipped as soon as merchandise becomes available.  If you are paying by credit card or PayPal®, all in stock items will ship the next business day (usually less than 24-hours after you placed your order.  Orders placed with personal or business checks are held for 10-days after we received them, until the funds clear our bank.  Your items ship out the next business day after they are cleared, if they are in stock.  If you ordered several items and a one or two are on backorder, we will either ship a partial shipment and send the backordered items shortly thereafter; or contact you via e-mail to ask what you would like us to do.

-1-  FrightShop.com, Inc. will not be responsible for late or untimely deliveries by any freight carriers.

-2-  The customer is responsible for the package once it has left our warehouse.

-3-  All returns or exchanges must be in original condition and packaging.

-4-  No returns allowed after October 15 of the current year.

-5-  Any special order items cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled.

-6-  All exchanges or refunds will be inspected and issued at the discretion of FrightShop.com, Inc.

-7-  Customer agrees to assume all liability in the use, misuse, or handling of any product purchased from FrightShop.com, Inc. and will not hold FrightShop.com, Inc., it's agents, employees, board members, or owners liable for any reason.

-8-  Items may vary due to production and/or the printing process.  FrightShop.com, Inc. is not responsible for any advertent errors.

-9-  No contract will subsist between you and FrightShop.com, Inc. for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until FrightShop.com, Inc. accepts your order by email confirming that it has dispatched your product.

-10- We cannot be held responsible for any typographical or photographic errors and we reserve the right to cancel any orders resulting from such errors.
