Q. Who is FrightShop?
A. With warehouses in Northern
California and North Carolina, FrightShop
is America's Halloween Headquarters from coast to coast!
Shopping for Halloween is now as easy as point-and-click. No
need to wad through costumes and used masks at your local
"mart" store. Here at FrightShop you get brand new items
shipped directly to your door. Since we are open all year,
our prices can be lower than other stores that only sell
during the Halloween season. We're your source to quench
your Halloween craving anytime of the year!
Q. Do you sell Halloween items all year?
A. You bet we do! We supply
the country with Halloween related
props all year long. This includes props for school and
universities, television production companies, the movies
and film industry, and more! Not only that, but you
would think that new items would only be coming out during
September/October. We actually get new and cool stuff
all year
Q. Who is SpookyShop.com?
A. SpookyShop.com is still FrightShop. We
own several domain names just because we though they were
cool. We might put them to use someday, but right now
they all link to our site. The domain names we own are:

Q. Do you sell other stuff besides Halloween
items?
A. Yes, we do. We are always adding new items
to our online store. Make sure to check back frequently! Also, if you know of any new products that we should put up,
let us know by going to the suggest
a product page.
Q. Will I have to wait months to get my stuff that
I order?
A. We hope not! Actually, besides having low
prices, we pride ourselves in being able to get merchandise
out to our customers as fast as we can. Provided that
everything is in stock at the moment and there are no special
order items in your order, and a payment is made with a credit
card or PayPal™; we will then ship the next business day and
you should get it in three to seven days! We will
let you know though by e-mail if there are any problems or
concerns that we see with a particular item. Sometimes
things fly out of our warehouse and they are hard to keep
stocked. We will try our best to let you know about all
those.
Q. What if I don't like what I bought?
A. We know the Internet is a new tool to buy items
with. In order to make everyone happy, we've made a very
fair policy on returning goods. It's easy and offers
you, the customer, a lot of time to try out your items. View our complete return

Q. Do you have a print catalog you can send me?
A. We usually have a yearly Halloween catalog that
comes out a few months before the Halloween season of the
current year. We offer these catalogs for free to our
previous customers and to those who request them through our
online catalog request
form. During the rest of the year, we continue
to mail specials and coupons to those on our mailing list.
Q. I really like your site. Do you have a banner I
can put on my website?
A. We do! And we'd love you to add it! We'll even
return the favor and add your link or banner to our cool
links section if you have a Halloween related website.
