What if I am not satisfied with my purchase?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason and would like a refund or
would like to exchange the item, please call our Customer Service Center at
1-800-621-0038 or 1-707-642-6397 (toll call) and indicate you wish to return an item by sending it back to our warehouse.
Please review the following rules and guidelines regarding returns.

Costumes may only be exchanged for a
different size if:
- The costume is in brand-new condition, and
- It’s BEFORE October 15.
Due to high volume of orders, no costumes may
be exchanged after October 15,
of the current year. |

is opened but is defective, they may be exchanged for the same title only. |
All other items must be returned in brand new (re-sellable) condition within
30 days of purchase.
A 15% restocking fee may apply on some
items.
